Carmonair is a virtual non-commercial airline in Second Life®. Carmonair serves the Second Life® Grid with commuter travel and charter flights in the Blake SeaNautilus, Satori and Sansara continents.

Background[]

Carmonair was formed on the 7th of November, 2016 by aviation enthusiast, Luke Carmona, previous owner of the now defunct Nihon Air. Soon after though, the airline went on a five-year "hiatus", making rare appearances around various airports. It wasn't until October 2021 that Carmonair was reestablished as a regularly active organization within the aviation community, taking up headquarters at New Horizons Airport just as it had 6 years prior under whilst under its old name. Carmonair then proceeded to slowly expand its reach, taking up residence at Second Norward Lufthavn, with more locations on the radar. Unfortunately, as a result of New Horizon's closure, there currently exists no base of operations for the airline.
