Pompelmoo Airport

Pompelmoo Airport was a public fixed platform airport situated in the 'Pompelmoo' region of southern Nautilus. It was directly adjacent to Tsurington Aerodrome.

Landing Advisories

Elevation advisory: airport is situated on a platform at 40m. Minimum recommended approach at 50m.
Security orb (30 seconds) located due west of airport.

Background

Created in July 2014, Pompelmoo Airport was a large, yet basically designed, dual-runway airport. The facility was comprised of two separate landing platforms (the main platform at 40m and the second 'heliport' platform at 35m) and a small marina for boats and seaplanes. At the north-western edge of the main platform was a simple ATC/terminal building with office space. The airport ceased operating in December 2014.
