Sleepy Bay Velda (ICAO: SLBV) is a small single-runway airfield floating 205m above the 'Velda' region of southern Heterocera Atoll.

Background
Sleepy Bay Velda is a small floating airfield equipped with a single 65m x 30m unlit runway and a public helipad. On the north-east side of the airstrip is a teleporter leading to Dizzy's Jazz and Blues Club at surface-level.
