Background
The home of Tania Bouvier Motors (=TBM=), Sunny Fields Airfield is primarily designed as a showroom for the business' range of Second Life vehicles. Although the layout of the aerodrome has evolved over the course of its existence, it has retained its isolated desert airfield theme, surrounded by high sandy ridges outside the region's boundaries.
By the end of 2014 the airfield had underwent several incremental improvements, which included the construction of new hangars to house display models and vendors, adding demo rezzers, and moving the contents of the north-eastern corner of the airfield to its center alongside the facility's 232m x 20m runway. With the airfield's pilot's club (Sunny Field Inn) and ATC tower moved, the new south-eastern space was filled by a 180m x 30m water runway, seaplane ramp and a small hangar.
